To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the criteria outlined in this refund policy. Please note that we reserve the right to modify the terms of our Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

As a SaaS provider, the product and services offered by Socinator are non-tangible and irrevocable. Due to the nature of our services, refunds cannot be issued once a purchase has been completed. 

Key Considerations Before You Buy
  • We strongly recommend that you thoroughly review the functionality and features of our product before placing an order to prevent the need for a refund.
  • By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please contact us with your comments, suggestions, or corrections. We appreciate your feedback.
  • For any request, general query, or product concern, please allow us up to 72 HOURS to resolve the matter.
Conditions Under Which Refunds Are Granted
  • If an error occurs within the product that cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.
  • Users are entitled to receive a full refund within 24 HOURS of the initial payment.

Note- Refunds are only possible if issues are reported within 3 days of purchase and please provide thorough and supported reasons for the refund request.

Exclusions
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for lack of usage or general dissatisfaction.
  • Regrettably, recurring payments cannot be refunded. If you have any concerns, please contact us before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

Subscription Renewal and Cancellation Terms

Activation and Renewal

Your subscription starts immediately after your initial payment is processed. It will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it. By subscribing, you consent to us storing your payment details and automatically charging them for each renewal period until you decide to cancel.

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account manually or by contacting our customer support team. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, ensure you cancel before the renewal date. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the subscription until the end of this period, and no refunds will be provided.
